When performing tests, especially for the first couple of times, it is not uncommon to encounter errors.
There are different types of error messages:
Compliance related errors occur because you are not keeping your head/the phone stable, are not following the test instructions properly or have moved after calibration has been completed. This error message will appear prior to the completion of a test. | |
Test interrupted errors occur if you accidentally pressed back or exit during a test. | |
This error message will appear when you have completed a test but we were not able to get a good enough reading due to signal noise.

You are using a device that has too many background applications in process and is dropping too many frames to complete the test. | |
It appears that your phone has no connectivity to either mobile data or WiFi. | |
If there are errors on the BrainEye end, you will see error messages with the accompanying image. |
